On September 2nd, about 6000 freshmen came to Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai to start their campus life. And the volunteers and teachers from School of Foreign Languages were also well-prepared to meet them.

At 7:00 AM, volunteers and teachers from SFL started to work. When the freshmen arrived at campus with their luggage, they were guided by volunteers to their dormitories.

79 volunteers came back from their summer vacation to the university to attend the training held by the school on Aug 31. They helped teachers to do the preparation work. On the orientation day, 5 freshmen volunteered to join the group of help for the freshmen .

Professor Tao Wenhao, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Associate Professor Xie Qingli and Associate Professor Xie Wenting, the Vice Deans, went to the sites of meeting freshmen, too. Dean Tao sang high praise for the volunteers'' hard work on such a day of sweating.

Freshmen and their parents were very grateful to the warm welcome and help. They said that they were happy about the school and expressed their best wishes for the future campus life.
