SFL Staff Party Branch Holds Successfully the Contest to Study the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

To further implement the requirements of “Understanding, Comprehending and Implementing the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China”， the Staff Party Branch of General Party Branch of School of Foreign Languages held a contest in Room C107 of Leyu Building on December 20th，2017. Professor Tao Wenhao, both the Dean and the General Party Branch Secretary of SFL，along with Xie Wenting，the Vice Dean of the school，attended the contest  as distinguish guests. And all the members of Staff Party Branch of the school competed in this contest.

The contest was divided into three parts：”Who's still standing”, “Getting the drop on” and “Who dares challenge?” .The content of the contest with diverse forms was based on the report which was delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，and also involved the new Party Constitution and teachers’ professional ethics and moral instruction. After a three-round fierce competition, the team composed of Ms. Dai Jia, Ms. Zhang Yan and Ms. Xia Yuerong won the first prize.

Professor Tao Wenhao bestowed high praise on the contestants for their active participation and well preparation. He emphasized that the Chinese nation, which since modern times began has endured so much for so long, has achieved a tremendous transformation-it has stood up, grown rich, and become strong, and it now embraces the brilliant prospects of rejuvenation. He also stressed that although the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has been over, we are still required to keep studying the spirit of it.
