At 7: 30 p.m. on December 9th, the Staff Party Branch of the SFL held a seminar onThe Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reformsof the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in Liyun A213. Professor Liu Zhenhuan, Director of the Department of Political Theories, was invited to give a lecture onThe Decision. He first of all expounded on the significance and essence of the document. In the lecture, he presented a clear-cut outline of the reforms and a blueprint of China’s advancement in economy and culture by giving ample examples. His vivid accounts and illustrations of the spirits of the document made a deep impression on those teachers present.
